Most H&M home items could be found online for a fraction. Senior Swedish staff said her staff would prepare the goodies. It was a turnoff when Filipino managers hoarded a huge portion of their giveaways for their own people and customers right in front of our eyes. Overstaffed. Overpriced items. Simple embroidery made possible. Gave us every reason not to support them again.

Good collection and big store n good Xmas sale. I have Cut down the 1 star coz their escalator was not working and trial rooms were at 1st floor , so I had to do a lot of to n from climbing stairs. Staff was supportive in an average manner , they didn't go out of the way to search for sizes or suggestions

a four story h&m store! it has two levels of women's clothing, one level for men and one level for children and babies! there is an incredible range of clothing, so there is no need to worry that you can't find suitable clothes here! there are even sitting areas for you to rest if you're tired from shopping. the staff are also super friendly and helpful.

Ongoing renovation on the first 2 floors. Selection is lesser for all - men women, children. Plain styles and do not make you want to spend here. It's not worth popping by.

Amazing that their staff inform us that we have to try the suit one half at a time as they won’t remove the security tag that attached the pants to the jacket. LOL.
